pmac 132
Hi, I've been meaning to ask about this for a while, but haven't got around to it until now. Starting a few weeks ago, I haven't been able to clear notifications from the WebUI. Right now, the Notifications badge says I have 2 notifications, but when I click on it there is actually 5, and I have no option to mark them as read. I did have the option to earlier, but when I clicked on it nothing happened, and now that option is gone. Any help would be appreciated Thanks, Patrick
gcw07 347
Have you tried doing a force refresh on the dashboard. I believe it is just a bug that it doesn't decrease the message count and clear it. But if you force refresh on the page it should fix it (until the next time you have a message),
pmac 132
It now says I have 0 notifications on the badge, but when I click on it, there is still 5 of them there, some from 4 days ago, and no option to clear them. Solution gcw07 347 Posted March 20, 2014 Solution Share Posted March 20, 2014 That is correct behavior. It always has had the most recent ones even after read in that list when you click on it when it is 0.

Abobader 2942
Good day, For whom wanted to completely clear the notify (in case of too many that need to apply "read" for eavy 5 and some time it take time, here a simple solution for them: 1 - Shutdown the mb3 server. 2 - Go to this location: C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\MediaBrowser-Server\data *username = the name of your windows loging account. 3 - Delete the file: notifications.db Then start your mb3 server.
