My idea as this:

When the admin's team agree about this, that we will moved the correct answer for these threads to that new forum, as no one will be able to start new threads in that new forum.

This way, it will be clean and well organized in the matters of speaking.

I don't want to hijack this thread with this question. Does the forum software support templates, maybe with guided options, so that when members want to create a thread they get an outline of what information to provide so they can get the best help/answers from other members? Maybe even a way to set or suggest which sub-forum the thread goes based on options in the template?
