Use FF/RW to move to "next" and "Previous" episodes.

This is just a little suggestion that will help some people,  I think.

I watch TV episodes mostly from the "Next Up TV" screen and sometimes I rewatch a series but I want to skip some episodes (sometimes just one sometimes several) during the progression. Right now in order to accomplish that I have to perform the following:

1. Press OK on the episode.

2. Tag it as watched.

3. Press back to exit.

4. Wait for the status to update.

5. Repeat the above for however many episodes I want to mark watched.

What I suggest is in the screen you get to when you press OK the FF key moves to the next episode and RW moves to the previous one. Currently in that secreen the FF and RW keys do nothing so no functionality gets removed.

That would just make for easier navigation within the app and allow quicker skipping of several episodes in a series.

Thanks for listening.

Hi.  On the screen where you are requesting this, there is a row of all the episodes in that season right below the other items.  You can navigate to whatever one you wish using that...

Does that help...?

Yes, that does help. Thanks.

I saw the icons but I never navigated to them because I figured they were not actually helpful.

I keep running into things Emby does better than Plex. In Plex virtually every icon off the bottom of the screen is simply useless fluff like "more like this" or "You might like."

I guess that assuming that what I don't see is worthless only applies to Plex. I will look further in the future.

Thanks. I do think, although it might be a bit redundant now, that moving using FF and RW on that page might be a good thing as getting to the icons and clicking on them is a few extra clicks. I am a huge fan of getting things done with the minimal number of clicks.
