Movie Themes not working

Hello,

 

My movie themes into plug in, is no longer downloading movie trailers.  I loved this feature, and more importantly my wife loved it.

 

I cannot figure out what to do to restore it.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled and restarted to no avail.

 

Is anyone else having this problem? 

 

Are there any known steps to either fix or isolate the problem?

Do you mean the 'Movie Theme Videos' plugin? I have two installations of this on different Win7 clients, one shows the movie theme in the background when in details view, the other doesn't. Driving me nuts. The one that doesn't show the theme videos does play the theme music though, the other does both. No fix yet, or even an understanding as to why it's happening.
