Ahmed4Subs 1
Hi, It would be nice to have an option for single or multi languages metadata fetching. And based on the user settings it display the language metadata with in the home and in libraries. And maybe with a button or dropdown menu like in Audio and Subtitles if there is more than one inside the main page of the media. Thank you. Luke 36888
Hi, yes I think there's an open feature request for this already. Thanks.

Ahmed4Subs 1
Hi, yes I think there's an open feature request for this already. Thanks. I apologize for the duplication! I’ve searched by typing “metadata” in this forum. However, when I didn’t find a title that indicates what I want in the first page, I opened a new thread. Yes, there is: https://emby.media/community/index.php?/topic/70964-multiple-metadata-languages/ Thank you for the link! I’ve read all the replies and I think that the workaround solution by making two libraries with different metadata is a good as a temporary solution. So @@Luke I read your reply here. https://emby.media/community/index.php?/topic/70964-multiple-metadata-languages/&do=findComment&comment=753252 Since that reply, what have you decided? Luke 36888
Nothing has been decided. We're continuing to monitor it for community feedback relative to other requests. Thanks !
videopalace 25
The Easiest tweak in the software I think would be to have the ability to set the location (metadata path) per library to store the metadata. (So: a separate folder per Library; now the possibility is limited to set only 1 folder in the "Advanced" section of the "Library" settings of the server

videopalace 25
Do I not understand his question? He asks to be able to create 2 libraries from 1 video folder? 1 library of Arabic metadata and 1 library of English metadata? Correct me if I'm wrong
videopalace 25
EXAMPLE [MAP] 4K Movies [MAP] 4K Arabic Metadata [MAP] 4K Dutch Metadata [MAP] 4K English Metadata Small example: Library Arabic Metadata scans "4K Movies" and places the metadata in folder "4K Arabic Metadata"; Library Dutch Metadata scans "4K Movies" and places the metadata in folder "4K Dutch Metadata"; Libary English Metadata scans "4K Movies" and puts the metadata in folder "4K English Metadata"; etc... Luke 36888
Quote He asks to be able to create 2 libraries from 1 video folder? The emby server database will still only have one copy, so that would have to be restructured first.
