Offline Mode - Still Asking for Pin Even Though I Removed Password

When I try to access offline mode, the app is still asking me for the pin, even though I cleared the password and pin off my profile.

Is there a way I should also reset this in the app?

did you try a blank pin? also it updates that info during the sync process so it might not be immediate

Yes, I tried just leaving it blank, but it denied access.

I had to put in my old pin number to get through.

 

Worked it out pretty quickly though. I signed out on the tablet, and signed back in and it was all good.

I'd remove my password and pin quite a while ago, but hadn't needed to go offline since sync wasn't working properly until recently.
