Kernel32 1
In the last few weeks, the All Movies listing in Emby theater will only display a spinning Windows wait symbol. I can switch to Unwatched and that will display, but the "Movies" listing under "All Movies" just spins and spins. The All Movies listing in the web interface works properly. I've allowed Emby Theater several hours to try to load the list but to no avail. Solution Luke 37057 Posted August 21, 2016 Solution Share Posted August 21, 2016 Hi, please update to the latest version of Emby Server. If you're going to run pre-release builds, it's important to stay up to date because you're using something that is a work in progress.
mentasm 43
I had the same issue which I did fix with a server update. The interesting thing was that my server was set to be on stable, but somehow was running dev. The dev I was running was still updating as I would occasionally see notifications in the server web gui. I've now set it to dev and it has updated and will hopefully continue to update itself. I'm not sure if you have to re-install to move from dev to stable?
Kernel32 1
I just back dated my server to the current 3.0.6070 release and everything works fine again. Before making any changes I checked the update setting and it was also set to only install Stable releases. Just now I re-re-checked the setting and now it's showing "Official Release" in the auto-update field. It looks like the original symptoms are resolved but the underlying problem appears to be with the auto-update installing less stable releases. Let's hope that's also been taken care of.
