Crestj 67 Posted July 27, 2016 Share Posted July 27, 2016 Just wondering if the Windows 10 Anniversary edition version of your app will have any extra features or if it's just bug fixes and updating to the new DEV platform? The new app is a complete update for the UWP platform. (Universal Windows). That adds support for two important additional form factors, Windows Phone and Xbox. The UI is new, immersive and fast, playback is great, and even at this stage stability is pretty rock solid. The feature set for the initial release is still be finalized. All I can say is if you have been using the existing app for a while you have seen the features continually refined and expanded. I bought that one banking on it becoming the UWP version. Oh well, I'll buy this bad boy since it supports phone and xbox as well as PC! This might even get me to get a premiere subscription. The current WinPhone app is from a different developer so it won't update to this. It will likely show as a separate app if you are running Win 10 Mobile anniversary update.
