Skip/Rewind duration settings

I apologize if I missed this, I couldn't find it hunting through the forums (maybe i wasn't searching for the right terms).  Where can you set how many seconds to skip forward and/or rewind?  I went hunting through the emby server settings and the emby theater settings and couldn't find it.

Oh for heavens sakes, I didn't realize there there were more settings in the advanced section on playback settings.  If it were a snake it would have bit me.  Without using the arrow keys to move down I didn't realize there were more setting below the first line or two of the advanced section in playback settings.  I have found them now, thank you .

Yes, a bit newer .  I used the legacy app and WMC previously prior to upgrading to windows 10. Now it's a combo of the samsung app, theater, and the web UI depending on what we want to do.  I finally had some free time in my life today and decided to look through for customization and explore the app deeper.
