dannieboiz 13 Posted February 12, 2016 Share Posted February 12, 2016 (edited) Tried to watch some of movies from the hotel recently but it didn't work too well, lots of freezing and buffering. Tried both from a browser as well as my android. My connection speed on the remote device was 15 mbps down when I tested it. My server is on a 150 down and 10mbps. Even as I test it from my house my phone is getting 12mbps download and I still experience similar issue. my CPU is only running at 15% so it's probably not my hardware. I do have to point out that my contents are located on a NAS but my NAS transfer speed internally average 80-90mbps and often exceed 110mbps. The network speed load on the server was under 5%, I think this is because I set up path substitution.
