Hey guys -

i have 2 displays installed on my computer.

1. Qnix 2560x1400 dpi DVI to the AMD R9290x

2. Samsung Syncmaster 1920x1200 dpi HDMI to Mainboard

Normally i have Emby with the Browser running on the Samsung Display and during watching shows

i can browse an work at  the other Display. Unfortunatelly since 3-4 day the Running video stop when i switch the Mouse from one display to another.

First the Video (black screen) - audio follow approximately after 5 seconds.

Maybe you guys have a idea for this problem - i can´t use emby for this time.

Thx you

So they just stop playing?

I would be sure you have up-to-date video drivers for the card causing the problem.

Hey - yeah

istant the video stop playing as soon i leave the Display (or make a right klick in the emby display)

The Video Card Drive (AMD) and Intel are up to date.

Would a Logfile Help on this issue? And which one you need?

did you rename or alter the log because that is not what a transcode log normally looks like. also, how do you define crashing?

lastly, try shutting down the server, go to

C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Roaming\MediaBrowser-Server\config

then delete encodng.xml

Found a solution. I have swapped the connections (The Samsung with HDMI to the AMD Graphic Card.

Now i can do everything without the videostream stopping.
