Having a Problems with Movie Videos and Songs

Hi @@radeon,

 

I have local TV and Movie Videos and Songs, so all 4 plugins.

 

I have added few new tv-series and lots of new movies.

 

All have correct metadata.

 

Ran download tasks manually multiple times

 

It was able to find video backdrops and songs for tv-series, all of them.

 

But it did not download a single video or song for newly added movies, and most of the movies are popular titles, they are not in the download filters and have correct metadata and as I said I run the tasks manually multiple times and tried different times, 2 weeks ago, last week etc.

 

Is there something wrong with the server for movie video backdrop and song plugins?

Logs please!

 

Reboot emby server, wait for it to initialise and finish all other scheduled tasks it might be running. run each of the theme scheduled tasks one by one, waiting for each to finish before running the next. upload the log somewhere private and send me a link.

No errors, movies are popular and not on the list.

 

I checked while firewall is disabled too, in case it was blocking your servers IP:port

Yo!

 

Looks like you don't have debug logging enabled! Sorry, can you make sure it's enabled under Advanced in the web dashboard and do it again pls.

 

Also, can you chuck me the full log rather than trimming and filtering it as I can't cross reference if I can't see the content. 

 

If you don't want others to see, like i mentioned, just upload it somewhere private and pm me the link.

I found my own problem thanks to you directing me at the right path :))

 

I was using MetaBrowser to download metadata and select backdrops and covers for my movies manually ( Well I want to select the good ones, that is why I am using emby in the first place, aesthetics that I choose:)))

 

Anyway, before my latest batch of movies, I updated that program and had to configure it again from scratch, forgot to check Tmbd metadata, it was just downloading Imdb, and you where checking tmdb ones to see if you have a video backdrop.
