Add User Error when using space in name

We had a report of this issue in chat today, and I was able to verify it on Windows / 3.0.5724.6.

 

If you add a user, and the username has a space in it such as Mike Hunter the user addition fails and it just shows the spinning wheel.  However you can continue to work in the interface, the wheel continue to exists.

If instead you change the user to one with no space, it adds just fine.
