The loading circle just kept loading indefinably and no mail was sent. After he made a emby connect account when I used his username. It worked immediately. But other users that give me a username work fine. without any additional info it's impossible to provide assistance, but at the very least i would double check that they not only created the account but also validated it using the confirmation email. Using an email address it keeps loading too. I think there is an issue going on. It's been very frustrating and I have never had this much trouble trying to add a user before. If you emailed the apps email, then that wasn't guest activation. I deleted the local user account after emby CS said they manually activated the user and I was still not able to add the emby connect user name to the local account. I have now tried to add a guest user account by using the username or email address with both ways not working and continuously loading.
