The Modern App always shows in the list twice. The second one is usually broken similar to the image.

Interesting is it installed twice since that shows two different version numbers (.352 and .353).

Not that I am aware of. App directory is locked out and I haven't bothered to wrestle control away from the system to see what is in there. Server and Client are on the same computer. Installation and Upgrades are handled by the Windows Store. I don't do anything except click the icon to run it.

When it is running, I only see one entry in the Task Manager for it. Looking in settings is says version 3.4.4.353

I went into the server and deleted both devices listed as "Windows RT", which is incorrect but...

After running the App again, both devices were added back into the device list.

Hi,

I feel your pain... I struggled with one machine showing up twice, different version numbers etc. Other clients were fine. It really only screws you up if you want to sync to that machine.

You are not going to want to hear this, but I tried everything imaginable to get rid of the dup machine, and never could. I always chalked it up to fallout of testing a lot of the beta's of the app. Don't know if that is your case or not.

I think it finally resolve itself in Win 10 upgrades, ..server revs.. app revs... it was just gone at one point.

I know this is zero help, sorry, maybe someone knows the magic.

I didn't do any beta testing with this client. Don't need to sync to my local computer as I have direct access to the file systems. Just brought it up in case it was a problem in the code.
