I also have a Google Music account, but the origin of the music in it is from my own server, which Emby manages already.

What specifically are you asking for, the music you've purchased?

If so, that can be downloaded to your own server and let Emby manage it.

If I'm totally off track, then please ignore me :)

Music i purchased? You can't purchase music from google play music

You pay a monthly fee, to gain access to all music, you never "own" it.

Inside google play music, you have a menu "Your library"

Where you can "save" albums/songs to

If that "library" would populate emby music library, it would rock

You are referring to the subscription service. With Google play music you can also upload your own library and purchase songs/album from Google play store that you can then access from anywhere for free. I would love it if there was a way to have my Google play library sync with emby
