Maybe I consult someone live in Spain And the reason of the "CEPO" or block PayPal its because don't want to people spend money in dollars Some people use PayPal to transfer amounts of money to other countrys In other words it';s a politic economic resolution Thank for the answer and I tray to find a people for other country to have paypal Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
