jfeeser 0 Posted August 5, 2015 Share Posted August 5, 2015 (edited) Greetings all, I've been using the Emby server since the MB days, and am loving the kodi plugins. But recently, i've been having an odd problem. The watched status isn't being maintained for episodes. My setup is simple, an emby server on the latest dev build, and three kodi (isengard) clients running the latest version of the plugin. Playing episodes works fine, and the sync with the server is successful. If i check other clients or the web client after watching an episode, it shows up as marked watched everywhere. However, a day or two later, i'll look back at that same show, and find a bunch of episodes have been marked unwatched. It always seems to be the same set of episodes being marked unwatched, as well. It's like the watched status is reverting to some previous saved state. Is there a particular line in the server logs i should look at to tell me what client is marking an episode unwatched? Lumute 89 Posted August 5, 2015 Share Posted August 5, 2015 Not an expert but I read in another post in the forums that if you have Emby configured to sync watched status to NFOs for an specific user then you may have these problems with the Kodi plugin. This is useful for the initial Library import if you are trying to import watched status from a previous Kodi Library but once that is done, you should disable it by going to Metadata - Nfo and set "Sync user watch data to nfo's for:" to nothing. 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
