bryansj 0
I have a HDHR Prime and Schedules Direct subscription. I'd like to customize the channels listed in the guide to remove the SD and others I'm not interested in. Where is this done?
ebr 14863
Mark the channels you want to appear as "Favorites" with the HDHR. Then select the option in Emby TV to only show channels marked as favorites.
bryansj 0
Is there a way to reorder them? Something like HGTV next to DIY or all the news channels in the same area.
ebr 14863
Not at this time. You can also mark favorites in Emby and those channels should show first but there is no way to set a custom order for all of them.
bryansj 0
Thanks. That'll save me time trying to figure out how to do it.

ebr 14863
Where is the option in Emby TV to only show channels marked as favorites? Thanks. Sorry, it was there in an earlier version but I guess it was removed from the plug-in. It will be in our internal implementation we are working on. BrianG 11
Sorry, it was there in an earlier version but I guess it was removed from the plug-in. It will be in our internal implementation we are working on. I believe I am on the latest release version and it is still there. Go to the plugins, click on the EmbyTV plugin, then click on the specific tuner host entry. The "Edit Tuner Host" pops up with the option of editing the hostname/IP and allows to check the "Import only favorites" box.
alfman 1
I believe I am on the latest release version and it is still there. Go to the plugins, click on the EmbyTV plugin, then click on the specific tuner host entry. The "Edit Tuner Host" pops up with the option of editing the hostname/IP and allows to check the "Import only favorites" box. That worked. Made the change, restarted Emby, and the channel guide lists only the favorites. Thanks!
dochartung 2
I understand this is a very old post but has anything been done since to customise the guide data? I am migrating away from Windows Media Center and ServerWMC and wanted to know if we have any other tools to customise the guide with out schedules direct subscription directly in Emby... Thanks
Diedrich 353
Still waiting for guide customization as well. Channel renumbering, channel reordering, channel renaming.
