syMBology 0
Hello, I have Emby on my Synology NAS, details here: Emby Version 3.0.5607.2Synology DS415+ running DSM 5.2-5592 I'm getting an error that the media library scan failed due to a duplicate child ID. I have an idea of what that error means and even what to do to fix it, however I do not know how to locate the show/folder/files that correlate to the ID that Emby is showing. Any help in resolving the issue would be greatly appreciated. Log.txt
Luke 36888
That server version is a little old now. If you check the synology section there are instructions to update
syMBology 0
I've updated the server. The instructions in the sticky were easy to follow and updating was a breeze, so thank you for that. However, this did not resolve my issue, my library scans are still failing due to a duplicate entry that I am unable to locate from the server logs. I've attached the most recent log. log2.txt Edit: I was able to locate which show/season was the issue after looking at the logs again. For some reason Emby added a show twice. Luke 36888
Ok, thanks. I'm adding a trap for the next release to make sure this doesn't cause the scan to fail.
