Tranquil 93 Posted June 30, 2015 Share Posted June 30, 2015 Hello Devs. Yesterday, something very confusing happened to me. Our Internetconnection was down for a while, haven't noticed that. I started KODI, which was working fine since the last weeks, but now I was not able to start a media file. It just keeps saying "A video plugin is need to work: EMBY". I then clicked on "install it" and nothing happened. The Entry "Video Add-Ons" was also missing in my Add-On overview. Manual installation was also not possible due to the missing inet connection. So far, then my girlfriend noticed the internet downtime, so I restarted the router and also restarted KODI which was then completely messed up. Internet was now available again. I wondered that all profiles (my girlfriends and mine) were deleted and just a single master user was available in KODI. All Skin settings also got reset. Unfortunately, I did not have a backup of my KODI setup so I had to reinstall everything. Can you reproduce that? I thought I read another post somewhere here on the forum also mentioned problems with Emby for KODI when there is not internet available, cant find it right now.
