LiTtLE DrEaD 0
Hi I've just installed Emby Server on my Windows 8.1 desktop & then installed the Android app to access my music on the go but unfortunately I cant seem to be able to sign in on the Android app via the mobile network. Whenever I try to sign in using my Android phone, I get the following message "Connection Failure, we're unable to connect to the selected server right now. Please ensure it is running and try again". I'm sitting in front of my desktop so I can see it's clearly running. I then tried using the forgot password link which re-directs me to here where I can log in without no issues, I have no issues connecting via my wifi network but this is no good to me as I want to access the server when I'm on the road, any ideas what I'm doing wrong? BrettM 7
Hi I had the same issue a few weeks ago, Go to the emby website and download the latest server, also check on google play you have the latest version of the app. But when I downloaded the latest server it fixed the issue. inkubux 7
I have the same issue since the last update. My server is up to date, and I have the last Android version.. Emby connect and local ip both are not working Edited June 28, 2015 by inkubux
Obi O 0
I'm haining similar issues, only difference is that my Android app seems to connect but I see none of my media or folders. The funny thing though is I have a GalaxyNote Pro tablet and the android app connects and works fine. The only difference I can see between the tablet and the phone is that the tablet still has KitKat and the phone has Lolipop
