thefirstofthe300 291
I just watched one of my Jupiter Broadcasting podcasts and it seems that kernel 4.0 can cause filesystem corruption due to a bug in the kernel's md hashing implementation. If you are upgrading the kernel to fix the instability bug, please don't use the 4.0.x or 4.1 kernel if you use the EXT4 filesystem on RAID0. You can and more than likely WILL experience filesystem corruption. http://www.jupiterbroadcasting.com/82517/extenuating-circumstances-techsnap-215/ It appears that 4.0.0 doesn't have this bug though so if you are using that kernel, you might be OK.
