Important Feature Request

This is an important feature request, We should have the ability to manual identify all items in metadata manger. as of know the shows that are know and are identified show an icon that says identity but shows that are not auto identified does not show that icon which it should. We need the icon there so we can enter the shows or movies id's to be identify i think that it is a very important request. it is very important to the future usability to this application to probably sort and display correct data.

Go to Reports, change to Series in drop down, click the three dots, expand Management and check unidentified.

If there is no identify button available then it means that item was not properly resolved as something that can be identified (a movie or TV series).  So, you have a structure problem of some sort that needs to be investigated.

It must be me cause i use sonarr to create my folders and org(rename my shows) so i am lost how my folders are not being identified. my set up is simple under kids i have folders with the shows names and under that i have season and in season i have ep

D:\Multimedia\Kids\Kim Possible\Season 1\Kim Possible S01E01 - Crush.avi (Kids is the parent folder that is watched by emby) i have other shows in that kids folders that are found and others that are not. some are older folder are from before mediabrowser 3 error and some are new and they all have issues. I think automatic index is great until it breaks if there was a way to force manual lookup and have it show you what it sees or think the show is like http://www.mediacentermaster.com/ side note i have use this on my folders and after a reboot/rescan of the folders it breaks again where the Kim Possible Season folders all are scanned and different shows like G I joe or the Bachelor. So a button that scans and shows you it thinks it should be and you can say yes thats it or no thats not it; side 2 sonarr works like that when its pulling folders info.

Make sure you have the correct external IDs (TVDB ID, IMDB ID) in the details of the show.

Make sure the names of the episodes meet the naming conventions.

If there is no identify button, then there won't be any IDs either.

What is the type of the media folder that points to "Kids"?  Also make sure Sonarr isn't dumping any extraneous xml or nfo files in with the media.
