MBS - Email Notifications

Hi,

Was able to install the email notification plugin. Could be user error but the emails am getting have a subject line that says

{ItemCount} new items have been added to your media library. ...and thats it. The main body of the email is empty.

If it's not an error and that's how it is, It would be great to see a little more detail in the body of the email, for a daily digest of the latest updates.

Maybe it's possible to do that already?

Example 1:

Series Title - Episode Number - Episode Name

Description text that describes something about the show pulled from the description. Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, his solum delicata postulant ex. Oblique eripuit expetendis qui ea, duo no fugit offendit assueverit. Cotidieque dissentiunt vix an, no vel mazim quaeque suscipiantur. Errem aliquam ei qui, aliquip saperet vivendo nec ea, legendos consectetuer pro eu. Eros autem in pro.

Example 2:
Similar to the thumbnail grid display of the latest media but in email form.

The option to enable/disable direct clickable links would be nice.

Cheers,
DF

hi there

i totally agree with this suggest!

would be very nice to see already in the mailbody which movies / series has been added, instead of having to log in each time and sort the view by 'date added' (view-settings are often lost, no idea why).

i know, the new items are also shown on the startsite, but as far as i've seen it doesn't show more than 18 new items.

however, this would be a very nice and handy feature!

also, when the library is updated, there are still missing images, logos, etc.

what about an automatic task, to update all the missing data (with options), just as implemented in the metadata-manager?

it should also be able to run triggered by each library-update.

don't know if i'm missing something, but i could not figure out how to do that automatically.

thanks and be blessed for your work!
