When I try and login, the app dissapears and comes back a minute later like I closed it and re-opened it. Here is the related log file. I am using Windows 10 Tech Preview 9926. I have attempted to uninstall and re-install the app to see if that resolves the issue and it did not. 7illusions 1249 Posted March 10, 2015 Share Posted March 10, 2015 Well, it has something to do with Windows 10 being a VERY early build and the app uses almost all available different techniques and all aren't supported in Win10 yet. Part of what can fail during Sync is: IsoStorage access, Encryption, Windows DataProtection, Backround filetransfer, SD card access, networ access.. Ahh, now that I look at the actual folder rather than using the in app logs button, I see a log called FATAL lol.. That might make a difference Attached is a zip of all of the logs.. It does almost seem to be a server issue because of the errors and that its on multiple machines... Attached is the error logs for Windows 10.. AxelAxel3 23 Posted April 2, 2015 Author Share Posted April 2, 2015 Okay, after some further testing, I found that Sync is working as it should now - Windows 8.1 and Windows 10. The only think that I might make mention though is that for me, when going to sync jobs, the percent does not update without me going back to the main app screen then back.
