A small update to the previous release has gone out.

 

Issues Resolved

  • Prevent incorrect default movie rating
  • Fix file date modified change not refreshing content
  • Improve mobile safari loading problems
  • Prevent media from being blocked when user access to transcoding is disabled
  • Resolve music randomly stopping on Android


Other Changes

  • Improve performance of metadata editor
  • Update mac server to newer garbage collection model

Okay, My local copy of Emby stopped working, I get a 'can't play video' error from my local website access. When I use the Emby mediacenter app, it works fine. This was never an issue before. This kind of crap is why I came to Emby from Plex. If this crap isn't fixed soon, I'm terminating my membership and moving on to something that works.

I tried replacing ffmpeg.exe ... No joy. The Emby Theater app started working after a reboot but, the web app still says 'error playing video' on all shows. I'm at a loss. This was bulletproof for so long ...

Seriously dude nothing is bullet proof and you are ignoring being told how to get help. Sounds like you'd rather moan and complain than work it out.

Wow, 30 minutes and you throw the towel in. I sincerely hope you don't work in IT... you wouldn't last long!
